Leadership Coaching
Everyone deserves a coach. We offer ongoing Leadership Coaching to school leaders, and senior system level leaders at both traditional and charter schools. The goal of Leadership Coaching is to increase your effectiveness as a leader, and through that, your happiness at work. Together we’ll set clear intentions for your development and use our coaching calls to make continued progress on those intentions. Coaching is entirely based on your leadership, and so as your development needs shift, so will our coaching.
We also offer team coaching to those teams hoping to increase the functioning and effectiveness of their school leadership or senior leadership teams.
In-Person or Virtual Site Visits
External visits can be catalytic events for school and system level leaders. Visits can be general (tell us everything you see!) or narrow (we want to do a deep dive on our middle school Math instruction) in their scope. The goal of these visits is to increase your visibility, help you clarify the current state, and begin to plan forward. We offer both in-person and virtual site visits.
Planning and Implementation Support
One of a leader’s most important responsibilities is determining an area of improvement/priority for their school or organization, aligning resources towards it, and then keeping everyone focused on it. Seems simple in writing, but it’s hard to do in practice. Through our planning and implementation support we help you to select an area of focus, plan for it, and ensure strong, ongoing execution of that focus area.
